About the role

  • Operate as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders (Director-level and above), owning and delivering critical and complex requisitions.
  • Navigate business dynamics, anticipate talent risks, and influence hiring strategies aligning with business priorities.
  • Participate in design and implementation of best-in-class hiring practices, focusing on executive and niche technical roles.
  • Champion phData’s external employer brand within client groups to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Attract top external Talent Acquisition professionals and build relationships with high-caliber candidates.
  • Mentor and advise Talent Acquisition team members, providing coaching, development, and feedback.
  • Provide input on team composition, hiring decisions, promotions, and performance management.
  • Consult with GTA leadership, offering market insights and strategic direction across TA functions.
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise-level initiatives or strategic projects.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships across phData, including People Operations Partners and business leaders.
  • Monitor talent market trends, competitor activity, and best practices, sharing actionable market intelligence.
  • Represent phData’s values, culture, and mission internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment and the Data Engineering domain.
  • 8+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing and utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience in technical recruiting for various IT roles (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
