About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the bridge between complex business challenges and innovative technical solutions.
- Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with Executives, IT, and Business Stakeholders.
- Understand enterprise business strategy and align solutions to clear business outcomes.
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” value streams and business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and automation/AI opportunities.
- Quantify benefits (cycle time, error reduction, capacity, CSAT) to support prioritization.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry, including at least one year in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple domains and organizational levels, translating ambiguous needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or similar).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities in client delivery.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches and familiarity with industry-standard strategy frameworks.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with strong curiosity for the “why” behind the “what.”
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others and contribute to reusable BA artifacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
