About the role

  • Serve as the point person for Departments, advising managers on HR best practices, employee and performance management, employee engagement and change initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders to align our people strategies with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution performance management, and employee development
  • Handle complex employee relations situations and investigations, driving fair and consistent outcomes
  • Build trusted partnerships across People Ops, IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other cross-functional areas to enable managers and teams
  • Develop and implement people strategies that support business goals, foster employee engagement, and drive retention
  • Oversee all phases of the performance management cycle, from goal setting, feedback, career pathing, and performance
  • Help develop, coach and enhance the effectiveness of our people managers
  • Lead manager training efforts and personally guide managers through complex people matters
  • Champion People Ops projects and new program rollouts
  • Act as a bridge between employees, managers, and leadership, ensuring clarity of communication around programs and changes
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 6 years in a business partner or equivalent role
  • Deep experience in handling complex employee relations & investigations, talent management, and change management
  • Strong grasp and experienced application of employment law, HR systems, and compliance with experience ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering manager training and development programs
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintains a high level of integrity and ownership at all times
