Experience as a hands-on AI & data strategy or architecture leader.
Consulting experience with external clients, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Proven experience with ownership of complex workstreams.
Strong understanding of modern cloud/data architectures and AI capabilities.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders (up to C-suite) and using strategy frameworks.
Ability to make technical recommendations tied to business outcomes.
Proven facilitation and communication skills.
Track record of collaboration across client stakeholders and partners.
Clear point of view on where data and AI are heading.
Willingness to travel as required by clients.
2+ years of consulting leadership experience at the Lead level.
Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
