Own end-to-end logistics for customer dinners, partner roadshows, golf outings, workshops, executive roundtables, happy hours, and assist with large-scale partner conferences (e.g., Snowflake Summit, AWS re:Invent).
Collaborate closely with account teams, Partner Marketing, and Snowflake/AWS counterparts to align event strategy with regional sales priorities and partner GTM motions.
Ensure flawless execution and measurable impact. Track registrations, attendance, sourced/attributed pipeline, and post-event follow-up in Salesforce/HubSpot.
Maintain a clear view of the quarterly event calendar. Own timelines, task lists, vendor coordination, and budget reconciliation.
Partner with the marketing team to develop event collateral, invitations, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
Travel as needed to manage logistics and ensure exceptional attendee experiences (approx. 20–30% travel).
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or partner marketing, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
Proven experience executing multiple events simultaneously with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with sales leaders, partners, and executives.
Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and pivot quickly without dropping balls.
Experience collaborating with technology partners (Snowflake, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools preferred.
