About the role

  • Manage and scale phData's Sales Operations function within Revenue Operations, partnering with Sales Leadership.
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, target modeling, and quota maintenance in Salesforce.
  • Lead pipeline forecasting cadence, monitor pipeline quality, and track KPIs with leadership.
  • Design, implement, and operationalize standardized sales processes and maintain documentation.
  • Oversee sales data quality and CRM hygiene, including data imports and attribution.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials; lead seller onboarding and training.
  • Collaborate on sales systems implementation, manage CRM enhancements, UAT, and license management.
  • Identify and pilot AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or a related field with exposure to enterprise sales (consulting/professional services preferred).
  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing impactful sales processes and methodologies.
  • Exceptional documentation and presentation abilities for senior leadership.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data management skills.
  • Ability to lead change and manage complex, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis for internal meetings
  • Experience using the following technology platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive
  • Nice to have: Sigma, Gong, Glean, Slack, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Certinia
