About the role
- Manage and scale phData's Sales Operations function within Revenue Operations, partnering with Sales Leadership.
- Support territory planning, quota setting, target modeling, and quota maintenance in Salesforce.
- Lead pipeline forecasting cadence, monitor pipeline quality, and track KPIs with leadership.
- Design, implement, and operationalize standardized sales processes and maintain documentation.
- Oversee sales data quality and CRM hygiene, including data imports and attribution.
- Develop and maintain onboarding and training materials; lead seller onboarding and training.
- Collaborate on sales systems implementation, manage CRM enhancements, UAT, and license management.
- Identify and pilot AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- 8+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or a related field with exposure to enterprise sales (consulting/professional services preferred).
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing impactful sales processes and methodologies.
- Exceptional documentation and presentation abilities for senior leadership.
- Advanced spreadsheet and data management skills.
- Ability to lead change and manage complex, competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis for internal meetings
- Experience using the following technology platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Google Drive
