Manager

• Phasor Engineering LLC seeks a Professional Land Surveyor for a permanent position supporting western U.S. operations.
• Must be licensed in Colorado and willing to obtain licenses in additional states (costs paid by Phasor).
• Work-from-home or hybrid arrangements may be explored; flexible working conditions for the right candidate.
• Manage all aspects of project execution.
• Serve as Project/Regional Manager.
• Establish communication protocols and identify client or Phasor stakeholders and decision makers.
• Manage change control, information dissemination, project data systems and reporting.
• Responsible for project financials: establish cost controls and perform periodic risk reviews.
• Liaise with Phasor personnel on scheduling, cost, technical and logistic requirements.
• Manage subcontractors performing geomatics work.
• Manage shift schedules, accommodations and mobilization for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants unless delegated.
• Participate in division-level meetings to coordinate crew allocation between projects.
