About the role
- Ensure timely supply of products while optimizing inventory levels
- Manage and optimize the procurement process to guarantee product availability
- Analyze sales forecasts to adjust stock levels
- Maintain supplier relationships: handle disputes, invoicing, supplier follow-ups, monitor deliveries, and manage product returns
- Act as the interface between purchasing, suppliers and internal teams
- Contribute to updating information systems and ensure data reliability
- Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to optimize processes
- Contribute to the development and use of digital tools for better operational control
Requirements
- Degree (Bac+2/3 equivalent) in logistics, procurement, purchasing or supply chain
- Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Meticulous, well-organized and strong at anticipating needs
- Team player who can handle unexpected situations autonomously and with agility
- Strong analytical skills and responsiveness
