About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing existing quality agreements between Pharmascience and its various partners
Draft, negotiate quality clauses with partners, and obtain approval for quality agreements
Maintain quality agreements with the relevant partners
Amend agreements according to business needs
Administer PMS establishment licences in line with business developments
Coordinate activities with Health Canada and foreign sites to obtain required documentation
Support product launches and business initiatives such as audits and inspections
Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in an equivalent role
Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements, standards, and Quality management systems
Excellent knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Good knowledge of dosage forms and manufacturing and packaging processes
Must be able to interpret applicable standards and make objective decisions
Technical writing skills
Bilingual FR/ENG: the role-holder will need to collaborate with regulatory authorities and suppliers and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec
