About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and manage enterprise IT systems.
Maintain connectivity between the organization’s various systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure system availability.
Improve the performance of existing systems.
Approve and contribute to the preparation of operational documentation and ensure it is accessible.
Operational management.
Manage user access, rights, roles, and permissions.
Monitor systems (alerts, performance).
Diagnose, resolve, and escalate incidents and problems.
Manage the incident lifecycle (ITSM).

Requirements

What you’ll need

College-level diploma (DEC) or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as an enterprise IT systems administrator.
Knowledge of GMP/GLP/GCP standards and validation documentation.
Required technical knowledge: SQL, Oracle; other database systems are a plus.
Knowledge of the life sciences industry.
Understanding of GMP/GLP/GCP requirements and the ability to apply them in day-to-day work.
Understanding of IT systems validation.
Flexibility to work outside normal hours as required.
Ability to prioritize effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
