About the role

  • Responsible for managing and supporting all franchise partners within an assigned territory.
  • Train franchise partners on system standards and ensure compliance.
  • Support franchise partners in site development, including identifying growth opportunities, implementing best practices, and executing marketing and sales activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with franchise partners to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Prepare reports on franchise partner performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate to continuously develop and improve the franchise system.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience supporting franchise partners or in a similar role, such as sales management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory (valid Class B driver’s license required).
  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
