About the role
- Build playful systems that truly work.
- As a Gamification Producer you bring a diverse set of talents: above all, you understand game mechanics and structure, have a feel for effective game approaches, and know how to integrate playful elements into learning concepts effectively.
- With your expertise you develop concepts and wireframes and produce precise specifications as a development blueprint.
- You plan and coordinate your projects independently.
- You present your concepts persuasively to our clients and support our team in initiating new projects.
Requirements
- Game & system understanding: You can analyze games, explain mechanics, and intentionally apply motivational design.
- Consulting & communication skills: You can engage (corporate) clients and project stakeholders as an equal, structure requirements and reduce complexity.
- Industry experience: You have already designed digital products or interactive formats — and can demonstrate what worked.
- Self-organization & AI mindset: In our small team you create tasks for yourself and work on them independently.
- Tool affinity: You are proficient with tools for creating digital products — from AI tools to Adobe CC and presentation software.
