About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Pipeline and market development: Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to full execution.
- Consultative selling and progression: Translate the technology into clear technical value propositions.
- Commercial structuring and execution: Negotiate NDAs, MoUs and pricing agreements.
- Market intelligence: Track evolving PFAS regulations and translate compliance frameworks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Environmental/Chemical Engineering or natural sciences with 3+ years of experience in technical B2B business development.
- Proven track record in consultative selling and in navigating complex technical and commercial discussions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory-driven markets and experience bringing new green technologies to market.
- Familiarity with and experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and senior executives.
- Proactive, structured professional who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Native or professional proficiency in English and German.
