About the role
- Lead and support the quick service team (technicians, service advisors)
- Manage the service schedule and ensure a smooth workflow in the workshop
- Ensure the quality of services and adherence to deadlines
- Diagnose routine interventions: servicing, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc.
- Ensure excellent customer reception and follow-up on service jobs
- Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions
- Actively contribute to achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Automotive technical qualification (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS, CQP)
- Proven experience in a similar role or as a workshop team leader
- Organized, dynamic, and customer-service oriented
- Enjoy leading and motivating a team
