About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable, meaningful customer interactions

- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach set store sales goals
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation
- Promptly and accurately display new stock and replenish inventory

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kg
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
