Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a similar store leadership role or readiness to take the next step in retail management
Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong leadership ability to motivate and build a high-performing team
Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities and complete tasks on time
Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices
Established business acumen
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions
