About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on financial processes and the associated end-to-end chains — including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay and other relevant accounting processes.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and other stakeholders, aligning objectives, scope and priorities.
Manage the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work packages, define acceptance criteria and ensure clear documentation.
Prioritize features, tasks and bugs and continuously improve the issues board with a clear structure.
Own roadmap topics end-to-end from concept to implementation.
Monitor scope, schedule and budget and ensure transparent communication on status, risks and decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo.
Senior-level expertise in Accounting & Finance in an ERP context (e.g., closing, reporting, controls, compliance).
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g., Waterfall, classical project management), and the ability to apply both effectively depending on the context.
Assertiveness combined with an analytical, structured and pragmatic way of working.
A business background or a degree in STEM/business administration (or an equivalent qualification).
Excellent written and spoken English (required); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
