Key responsibilities & impact

You accompany our customers from project kickoff to final implementation – ensuring every project is completed smoothly.
You act as the central point of contact between our internal departments, customers, and external partners.
You coordinate appointments, materials, funding applications, planning, and the required administration.
With your clear overview, you ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional experience in aftersales, customer management, or a comparable position (e.g., executive assistant).
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
A certain level of assertiveness and the ability to be firm when working with tradespeople and sometimes difficult customers.
Strong organizational skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and enjoyment of communication.
