About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take ownership of the entire sales process: from the initial contact with pre-qualified prospects, through tailored consultations, to closing the sale.
You assess the customer's situation, identify their needs, and develop a suitable proposal together with our planning department.
You present the proposal and support the customer through to contract signing.
There is no cold calling. All prospects are already familiar with the brand and contact us proactively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Determination, motivation, and ambition
Clear and persuasive communication skills on the phone and in face-to-face conversations
Basic technical understanding
Excellent German language skills
Sales experience is a plus but not required. Career changers are explicitly welcome.
