About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage the entire sales process: from first contact with pre-qualified leads through personalized consultation to closing.
- You assess the customer's situation, identify their needs, and develop a suitable proposal together with our planning department.
- You present that proposal and guide the customer through to contract signing.
- We do not do cold calling. All leads are already familiar with the brand and actively reach out to us.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Drive, motivation and ambition
- Clear and persuasive communication on the phone and in person
- Basic technical understanding
- Excellent German language skills
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. Career changers are explicitly welcome.
