About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement the established editorial plan for the institution's LinkedIn and Instagram
- Propose topics, formats, and approaches aligned with the company's brand positioning
- Maintain an up-to-date editorial calendar, ensuring consistency and publishing cadence
- Participate in alignment meetings with the content coordinator to ensure strategic continuity
- Produce written content: write posts, captions, carousels, and stories for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create and review scripts for institutional, educational, and social media videos
- Adapt content from various formats (events, research, academic programs) for social media
- Ensure adherence to the company's tone of voice and brand book in all deliverables
- Video production: prepare recording briefs and scripts for video content
- Attend recordings when necessary, guiding the delivery of content
- Provide clear and precise editing briefs to the design/production team
- Day-to-day management: align requests with other team members to ensure integration between TikTok and other channels
- Liaise with the design team for approvals and adjustments of assets
- Monitor post performance and suggest data-driven optimizations
- Organize and document content processes to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Languages, or related fields
- Portfolio with examples of social media writing and/or video scripts
- Ability to write well independently — AI may support, not replace
- Genuine proactivity: those who identify problems are expected to take initiative toward solutions
- Previous experience producing content for brands or media outlets (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram as strategic channels, not just personal use
