About the role

  • Support the visual execution of marketing activities, ensuring graphic quality, consistency with the brand identity, and timely delivery.
  • Create and adapt graphic assets for institutional and marketing channels: social media, website, emails, presentations, campaign materials, and events.
  • Assist in the production of digital layouts and, occasionally, printed materials.
  • Ensure the correct application of the visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Develop variations of assets based on defined key visuals.
  • Support adjustments, revisions, and refinements of graphic assets according to briefs.
  • Organize files, versions, and final deliverables for handover and archiving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, senior designers, and external vendors.
  • Support the marketing team's day-to-day demands, respecting deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related fields (completed or in progress).
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
  • Understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Familiarity with producing assets for digital media.
  • Interest in branding and institutional communication.
  • Portfolio with academic or professional work.
