About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Project Director at Pesca, lead and deliver complex environmental projects, primarily focused on environmental permitting
- Manage major project portfolios and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure scientific quality, regulatory compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Maintain high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of new approaches, services, and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Forest Engineering or a related field
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field (an asset)
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in project management and environmental consulting
- In-depth knowledge of Quebec’s environmental laws and regulations
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and environmental regulatory assessment processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- PMP certification and experience in linear infrastructure or renewable energy projects (assets)
