Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for aligning and further developing the SAP strategy, including target vision, architecture and governance
Initiator for continuous optimization of the existing SAP system landscape
Ensure stable, high-performance operation of SAP applications and initiate improvement measures
Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex ERP initiatives
Management of external partners and service providers and ensuring efficient collaboration
Close coordination with business units and decision-makers to translate requirements into sustainable solutions
Leadership and development of the teams under responsibility – both technically and disciplinarily

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep understanding of SAP architecture and extensive knowledge across multiple modules and business processes
Proven leadership experience with a focus on motivating, developing and retaining employees
Solid experience in SAP customizing as well as conceptual and technical implementation of complex requirements
Successful management of large SAP programs or projects, ideally in international contexts
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
High communication skills, empathy and confident presence with diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
