About the role

  • Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the Product Management team
  • Drive the strategic development of the team and product portfolio with a strong market and sales orientation
  • Responsible for the entire product lifecycle
  • Act as the central interface between Sales, Marketing and Research & Development
  • Work closely with national and international sales units
  • Provide active sales support through value propositions, market and competitive analyses
  • Translate market and customer needs into clear product requirements

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration, medical technology/biomedical engineering) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of product management experience in dental or medical technology (MedTech)
  • Several years of experience in line/disciplinary management
  • Strong sales and market orientation
  • Experience collaborating with national and international sales organizations
  • Business-fluent German
  • Business-fluent English
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel / Workplace: on-site presence with the option for occasional home office days
