About the role
- Lead and further develop the HR Operations department (13 employees)
- Digitalize, simplify and optimize HR processes
- Own and manage all personnel administration and payroll processes
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR matters and advise managers on operational and organizational HR issues
- Work closely with Talent Development to align HR processes with development measures
- Maintain a trusting working relationship with the works council
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in personnel administration, payroll and process management
- Good knowledge of labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
- Strong communication skills
- German: Very good written and spoken
- English: Good written and spoken
- Proficient with common MS Office tools, accounting software and payroll systems (e.g. Navision)
