About the role

  • You, together with your team, are responsible for our heterogeneous IT infrastructure
  • You install and maintain the deployed hardware and software components
  • You advise and support users at 1st and 2nd level as well as key users
  • You procure and manage our IT hardware and software
  • You proactively look for improvements and faults, implement new technologies, and document workflows
  • You work closely with our entire IT team and all divisions of the Perschmann Group

Requirements

  • Education: Bring your IT training or an equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience: Be proficient with Microsoft products, in particular Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365, and experienced in automated software deployment
  • Communication: Demonstrate that you are a team player with a structured and organized approach and strong communication skills
  • Technical affinity: Show a strong interest in IT innovations, a desire for continuous development, and be a creative problem solver
