About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of existing clients and maintain a trusted day-to-day relationship
Implement social media strategies defined with the strategy team and contribute to their optimization
Build and oversee editorial calendars
Create engaging content tailored to each platform (posts, videos such as reels, photos)
Handle community management
Execute social ads and prospecting campaigns
Manage publishing, monitoring and performance analysis
Produce clear, recommendation-focused reports
Collaborate closely with internal teams to advance projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in social media (agency experience is highly valued)
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Excellent writing skills and a strong sense of storytelling
Comfortable with social media management and scheduling tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with a methodical approach
Proficient with content creation tools: Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Figma
Soft skills: organized, reliable and autonomous
Comfortable in client-facing interactions and professional exchanges
Proactive and solution-oriented
Attentive to the quality and impact of content
Enjoys working in a team and collaborating with others
