About the role

  • Own and drive the UX vision across all digital and activation projects
  • Translate brand and messaging strategies into structured digital experiences
  • Design journeys that integrate web, social, campaigns, interactive experiences, and activations
  • Incorporate data (insights, user behavior, KPIs) into the design and optimization of experiences
  • Explore and define use cases for AI within journeys (personalization, assistants, dynamic content, optimization)
  • Structure information, messaging, and touchpoints at every stage of the user journey
  • Design and validate user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, and UX prototypes
  • Lead user testing and convert findings into concrete recommendations
  • Support and upskill the Design team
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, data, development, and social teams
  • Define and evolve UX standards, design systems, and best practices

Requirements

  • You have strong senior-level experience in UX design / digital experience within an agency
  • You can think about brand, messaging, activation, and user behavior simultaneously
  • You are comfortable in upstream phases: scoping, workshops, and recommendations
  • You are proficient with Figma, advanced prototyping, and testing methodologies
  • You know how to leverage data to inform UX decisions
  • Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to connect strategic vision with execution
  • You have a senior mindset: pedagogical, high standards, and critical thinking
  • You are mindful of accessibility, eco-design, and the sustainability of experiences
  • Bonus: understanding of tracking challenges, personalization, Webflow or other no-code tools
