About the role

  • Manage day‑to‑day coordination and delivery across RLM, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives
  • Produce consolidated status updates for all programs
  • Maintain high‑quality documentation across programs including RAID logs, action trackers, program plans, and governance records
  • Lead requirements gathering for enhancements, new capabilities, workflows, reporting
  • Facilitate enhancement cycles including feasibility analysis, estimation, dependency mapping
  • Engage stakeholders across Risk, Internal Control, ICT stakeholders, Cybersecurity, Compliance
  • Ensure program requirements reflect governance standards, control frameworks, cybersecurity, privacy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in GRC or Governance/ Compliance and Risk Management
  • Knowledge in KPI Management and documentation excellence
  • Familiarity in SOWs, enhancement cycles, governance processes
