Design, execute, and maintain test plans to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to identify defects and automate testing processes
Help deliver high-quality solutions to customers
Operate on a two-week-onsite, two-week-remote rotation with per diem and all travel expenses provided

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
3–7 years of experience in software or systems testing within aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Verification & Validation (V&V), regression, functional, and integration testing
Experience developing test cases and procedures
Ability to interpret technical requirements, interface specifications, system documentation, and architectures
Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect reporting skills
Experience documenting test results and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
