Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation of materials for financial and strategic evaluation of companies.
Assist in the creation of corporate presentations and proposals for potential transactions.
Conduct market research and map target companies for acquisition.
Support the sourcing of M&A opportunities through outreach via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Update and organize databases related to potential acquisitions and business opportunities.

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
