About the role

  • In-charge of finance and accounts
  • Prepare end-to-end monthly accounts
  • Financial planning and budgeting
  • Manage payroll related to TDS and legal compliance
  • Ensure company compliance with statutory laws (Company Law, Income Tax, Service Tax, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
  • Interface with auditors
  • Prepare internal MIS and presentable reports
  • Handle administration-related work

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountants – CA (Company Secretary – CS qualification not compulsory)
  • Post-qualification experience of 2 to 3 years, preferably with IT/ITES/other services companies
  • Good working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures, tax filing, and statutory compliance
  • Experience with payroll, including TDS and legal compliance
  • Proficient with MS Office and Tally
  • Ability to organize work: preparing, documenting, and filing
  • Ability to self-review work and work with minimal supervision
  • Good computation skills
  • Good communication skills
