Background Investigator

• Successfully complete a full time, 6-7 week new Investigator training both virtually and in person in order to be certified in the Federal Investigative Standards for government background investigations.
• Travel daily when conducting in person background investigations for the purpose of determining employment suitability of persons who require access to sensitive or classified U.S. Government information.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face interviews throughout their designated area with the subject and their neighbors, employers, friends and family.
• Perform record searches at police agencies, courthouses, educational and financial institutions, and medical/mental health facilities.
• Type and report all obtained information in a clear and concise report on a government issued computer system.
• Work independently while also a member of a team of Investigators and with a Field Manager.

Administration

• Administer, secure, and optimize Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability and compliance with organizational standards.
• Lead and support cloud migration initiatives, to both SAS and with a focus on transitioning legacy and on-premises SAS platforms into modern cloud architectures.
• Develops and enriches the product portfolio of cloud services and value-added services.
• Maintain detailed documentation, contribute to governance frameworks, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders throughout cloud modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design migration roadmaps, assess readiness, and develop integration strategies for hybrid and cloud-native solutions.
• Performs operations and maintenance of secure managed platform solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system performance issues, applying automation and best practices to streamline operations.
• Assist in the managing and support of enterprise Office 365 suite, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Administer policies, monitor system performance, and ensure security best practices (DOD STIGS).

Lead Associate, Systems Administration

Systems Engineer

• Provide project management for continuous technical oversight across parallel modernization tracks
• Ensure the project's technological critical path is sound and viable for operational sustainment
• Provide technical expertise for risk assessment
• Guide the transition of software into operational environments
• Conduct expert review and validation of critical systems engineering documentation and project planning materials
• Oversee the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) on an ongoing basis
• Regularly review Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
• Evaluate integration strategies for system readiness
• Develop and refine engineering recommendations for software transition from development to operational sustainment
• Plan, facilitate, and provide expertise during ongoing critical engineering milestones
• Routinely synthesize complex systems engineering data and deliver high-level technical briefings and decision memos

Systems Engineering SME

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Integrate applications with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient queries and performance.
• Design and deploy cloud-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, cloud).
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Java Full Stack Developer
