About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Project/Program Manager or senior Program Control Analysts with organizing, implementing, and maintaining a scheduling management system supporting the project plan
- Establish tasks and subtasks to ensure contract requirements are realized
- Establish project timelines and maintain a task-status database
- Receive schedule updates and input from project leadership and enter new information into the database
- Provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting
- Communicate with supervisors and project staff to schedule work and coordinate employee assignments
- Schedule case assignments to the investigative field force in a specific geographical area
- Ensure duty stations are staffed to meet workload needs
- Identify and coordinate temporary duty assignments and itinerary movements for the region
- Assist the logistics manager with analysis of production, staffing, and workload contract requirements
- Communicate and coordinate with field operations staff on regional workload needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. citizenship
- Active federal security clearance with an SSBI
- 3+ years of general work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience on the NBIB background investigations contract
- High School Diploma
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a variety of individuals
- Ability to speak for extended periods and hear sufficiently for telephone communication
- Visual ability including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment for computer work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited supervision
- Excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills
- High level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity
- Proficient writing and communication skills
- Intermediate typing and computer skills; 40+ WPM recommended
- Relocation is not available
- Experience assigning work and/or management in the background investigation industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
