About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day business operations of the contract
- Oversight of billing, ordering, and related business processes

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma and 12 years of experience
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
- 5+ years’ experience working with government clients
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to advocate on behalf of the client
- Experience with telecom billing systems
- Ability to audit, reconcile, and report on large-scale invoices
- Familiarity with change orders, MACDs, and SLA impacts
