Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, support, and coach teams in Agile frameworks
  • Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate Agile ceremonies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience OR Masters degree and 3 years OR Associates degree and 7 years OR High School diploma/equivalent and 9 years
  • U.S. citizenship and an active SECRET Government Security Clearance
  • Experience managing software development, database management, infrastructure, or network environment projects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Product Management, Kanban, Scrum, hybrid methodologies, and Jira
  • Advanced experience using Jira for project planning, backlog management, workflow administration, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Experience developing and using Jira Query Language (JQL)
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
