About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 16+ years of professional work experience
- 7+ years in business development or capture focused on the Department of State and/or other federal agencies
- Proven track record supporting business development with successful single-award wins
- Ability to build and prosecute a pipeline of $500M+
- Mature relationships across federal government agencies
- Exceptional business acumen and integrity
- U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Local to the DC Metro area, with willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings
