Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support site surveys, site preparation, and system installation activities
Execute and support VCS system cutovers from legacy voice platforms to next-generation systems
Coordinate multiple ongoing VCS installation activities
Develop site installation plans
Provide on-site customer support and end-user orientation/training as needed
Maintain accurate technical documentation, service reports, and cutover records

Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance
5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD
Experience supporting site surveys and installation design efforts
Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and technical baseline control
Experience developing or updating enterprise architecture documentation.
Knowledge of automation platforms and large-scale system integration
Background in requirements traceability and systems verification
