About the role
- Own the end-to-end revenue system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build and maintain Sales Force pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and automation.
- Define and track core revenue metrics: MQL → SQL → Closed Won, activation rate, churn, expansion.
- Diagnose funnel leakage and implement fixes (process, tooling, or data).
- Partner with Sales to improve rep productivity, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or BizOps at a SaaS or marketplace company.
- Hands-on with Sales Force (required). Hubspot experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with imperfect data and building order from chaos.
- Strong analytical skills, good at action and execution.
- Can translate numbers into decisions for sales and leadership.
- You care about small business customers and real-world impact.
