About the role
- Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for clients by combining strong project management skills with deep data analysis
- Lead clients through the entire journey—analyzing legacy data, guiding system design, and facilitating training—while building trust through timely communication and expert consultation
- Orchestrate multiple projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders to help drive customer success and evolve our implementation best practices
Requirements
- Strong technical and communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable leading client conversations
- Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities at once, independently determining what to delegate and what takes priority
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and calculations
- Demonstrated track record taking initiative, improving processes, asking questions, and diving in independently
- Customer service focus with skills that include meeting client needs, navigating challenging situations, and maintaining a positive, productive relationship
- Curiosity and love of learning
- Strong sense of personal responsibility, ownership of work and customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations
- Bachelor’s degree
