About the role
- Lead the charge in delivering world-class onboarding experiences by owning client SaaS implementations from requirements gathering to final configuration
- Leverage consulting skills to analyze customer needs and optimize workflows, ensuring clients realize value within their first 60 days
- Blend of project management precision and relationship building as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot complex issues
- Champion of the customer journey, advocating for their needs internally while mentoring junior team members to maintain a standard of excellence
Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role, including 2+ years in technical implementation and consulting
- Thorough understanding of and experience managing SaaS implementations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading client conversations
- Proven presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage and organize multiple priorities at once, independently determining what to delegate and what takes priority; can adapt to rapidly evolving situations
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel formulas and calculations
- Demonstrated track record taking initiative, improving processes, asking questions, and diving in independently
- Customer service focus with skills that include meeting client needs, navigating challenging situations, and maintaining a positive, productive relationship
- Curiosity, love of personal learning and passion for mentorship and knowledge transfer for team growth
- Bachelor’s degree
