What you’ll need

Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Disciplined self-starter that is outgoing and has strong interpersonal skills
Critical thinker that appreciates challenge and finds meaning in being part of a solution
Experience in lending, financial management, credit and small business development, or any combination thereof
An undergraduate degree or higher in Business Management and/or similar degree is preferred and relative experience required.
