About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise our clients on SAP Payroll, with a focus on German Payroll.
- Analyze business requirements and develop tailored functional and technical solutions.
- Implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions.
- Participate in exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions while supporting key users and business departments.
- Work closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Stay up to date with new SAP technologies and legislative changes, actively sharing your knowledge with the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll Germany.
- Solid knowledge of German payroll tax, social security, and labor legislation.
- Very good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level) and good English language skills.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- A structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
- Ambition, willingness to learn, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Enjoy working with clients and collaborating within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client projects.
- Nice to Have: SAP certifications.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- ABAP knowledge.
