About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You advise our clients on SAP Payroll with a focus on German payroll processing.
You analyze business requirements and develop tailored technical and functional solutions.
You implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions.
You support exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
You conduct workshops and training and support key users and business units.
You work closely with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
You stay up to date on new SAP technologies and regulatory changes and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll (Germany).
Solid knowledge of German income tax, social security, and labor law.
Very good German skills (at least B2/C1) and good English skills.
A degree in business, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly customer-focused.
Enjoys client contact and working in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for client projects.
SAP certifications are an advantage.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
ABAP knowledge.
