About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You advise our clients on SAP Payroll with a focus on German payroll processing.
  • You analyze business requirements and develop tailored technical and functional solutions.
  • You implement, configure, and optimize SAP Payroll solutions.
  • You support exciting implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
  • You conduct workshops and training and support key users and business units.
  • You work closely with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
  • You stay up to date on new SAP technologies and regulatory changes and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Payroll (Germany).
  • Solid knowledge of German income tax, social security, and labor law.
  • Very good German skills (at least B2/C1) and good English skills.
  • A degree in business, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly customer-focused.
  • Enjoys client contact and working in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client projects.
  • SAP certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • ABAP knowledge.
