About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure, Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module
- Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes
- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions
- Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements for the HCM module
- Document developments and conduct technical testing
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module
- Experience with ALV reports, SmartForms, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits
- Advanced English speaker and fluent in Spanish
- Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services
- Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code
