About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise our clients on HR processes and on the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP
  • Special focus on German payroll
  • Design and configure tailored SAP Payroll solutions according to precise client requirements
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll processes
  • Provide training and hands-on workshops to support end users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the payroll system
  • Continuously explore the latest SAP technologies for payroll

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience with SAP Payroll for Germany and solid knowledge of German labor and tax regulations
  • Fluent in German (B2/C1 level) and English
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and highly customer-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • SAP certification, experience with German SAP Cloud Payroll, and ABAP programming skills are a plus
