About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Together with your colleagues, you will keep the accounting of our branch firmly under control and ensure smooth and accurate processing.
You will process all invoices in our electronic invoice workflow.
You will be responsible for posting intra-group allocations and preparing general ledger, accrual, recurring and cash book entries.
Preparatory tasks for account maintenance of debtors and creditors as well as for monthly and annual financial statements will also be in your capable hands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: You have successfully completed commercial/business training.
Experience: You have already gained professional experience in accounting and are well familiar with accounting processes.
Skills: You regularly use MS Office and have already developed good proficiency. Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage.
Personal qualities: You convince with a careful working style, a trained eye for detail and strong teamwork skills. English skills, spoken and written, are an advantage.
Confident manner, team spirit and problem-solving ability
