About the role
- Together with your colleagues, you will keep the accounting of our branch firmly under control and ensure smooth and accurate processing.
- You will process all invoices in our electronic invoice workflow.
- You will be responsible for posting intra-group allocations and preparing general ledger, accrual, recurring and cash book entries.
- Preparatory tasks for account maintenance of debtors and creditors as well as for monthly and annual financial statements will also be in your capable hands.
Requirements
- Education: You have successfully completed commercial/business training.
- Experience: You have already gained professional experience in accounting and are well familiar with accounting processes.
- Skills: You regularly use MS Office and have already developed good proficiency. Knowledge of DATEV is an advantage.
- Personal qualities: You convince with a careful working style, a trained eye for detail and strong teamwork skills. English skills, spoken and written, are an advantage.
- Confident manner, team spirit and problem-solving ability
