About the role
- Design and deliver graphics, visuals, and assets for digital and print campaigns
- Maintain and update Webflow website, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and performance
- Design and build new landing pages optimized for conversions, A/B testing, and campaigns
- Manage website forms and integration tools and APIs to process customer data collected
- Collaborate with product designers to keep brand identity aligned with product design
- Develop marketing materials: social posts, presentations, ads, and launch assets
- Ensure branding remains consistent while experimenting with creative storytelling
- Support localization and scaling of web experiences across regions
- Analyze and improve web performance, SEO, and conversion metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand design and Webflow website development
- Strong portfolio showing digital brand design and Webflow builds (landing pages, microsites)
- Experience with responsive design, SEO fundamentals, and website optimization
- Strong collaboration skills across design, marketing, and product teams
- High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design a plus)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus but not required
- Ability to work remotely in Dubai time zone (±4h) preference
- Preferable locations: Cairo, Egypt; Beirut, Lebanon; Dubai, United Arab Emirates
