About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You contribute to the professional execution of construction measures and to project management.
- You are responsible for the planning and engineering of systems and room automation solutions.
- You coordinate with project managers, specialist planners, clients/owners and executing contractors.
- You are involved in projects from the site survey through design and construction drawings to as-built/revision plans across all HOAI phases.
- For challenging tasks, the team develops creative, project-specific solutions.
- You create automation schematics and functional lists in accordance with VDI 6040.
- You contribute your innovative ideas to implement high-quality, energy- and cost-efficient room automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in building services/utility engineering, MSR (measurement, control and regulation) technology, electrical engineering or a comparable field – alternatively a certified technician in these areas
- Initial experience in building automation and an understanding of heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or air-conditioning systems
- Interest in network protocols and bus systems used in building automation
- Knowledge of tendering and the awarding of engineering and construction contracts
- Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, VOL and relevant standards
- Plus: Experience with TRIC, iTwo, Orca AVA, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM
- Business-fluent German and strong communication skills at all levels
